People often come to therapy because they don’t feel well. Maybe you’ve suffered a traumatic or life changing event and you would like to feel better.

 

Therapy can be a powerful tool to improve your life. Sometimes we need someone to really listen and understand.

 

You are not broken, you have the capacity for strength, resilience and change. You can become more present in your daily life and feel less overwhelmed. You can manage and overcome your struggles, find meaning within them. I’d like to help.

 

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. In our work together, I will draw on my training in mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),

Internal Family Systems (IFS) and

Somatic Experiencing based on what feels relevant and helpful to you.

 

I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person in the Ravenna neighborhood and telehealth sessions from anywhere in Washington State.
